Aaron Ma, President/Founder

Aaron founded Matech Resources after nearly ten years working and recruiting in the IT industry. He began his career selling computer hardware and software for technology resellers. Aaron decided to launch his own tech firm, where he recognized his affinity for hiring; in particular his skill in identifying, attracting and screening talent.

He went on to hone that talent as technical sales and recruiting specialist at a large national staffing and recruiting agency before opening Matech.

Aaron earned a BA in marketing and management from Davenport University. In his time off, he enjoys competitive sports, spending time with his family and giving back to the community through service.
